RETURN POLICY:

We will gladly issue a full refund for any FULL PRICE items purchases within 14 days.  The returned merchandise must be postmarked back to us with 14 days from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.  Items must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear, alterations or wash.  SALE ITEMS are final sale and no returns will be accepted.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and your refund will be processed back to your credit card or original method of payment.  Any returned items that do not meet the above criteria, will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

SHIPPING:

Please mail all returns to: Marta's of Raleigh, 4120-100 Main at North Hills Street, Raleigh NC 27609, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
